You can choose to have flaps, buttons, slanted pockets and all sorts of combinations for no charge - all depends on your personal choice.

Certainly seems to exist, or have existed, but not a lot on the net apart from second hand stuff. My guess it was a small shop that had made to order farmed out to a large suit factory.....Cant seem to find much on this one...

yeah, I couldn’t find anything more than that. Facebook had a Tokyo store site for them. Friend of mine bought a suit Ebay that was described as bespoke but I suspect was MTM.
