No posts for a while here- so here is my contribution...A little dream project in this otherwise depressing world...
Mystery Master fitting shoes to check fit, leather crease (the Charles Stead Lillywhite suede creases differently to other leathers) the interaction with Japanese horse lining and Lillywhites, and the pattern....having a bit more drastic pattern with less brown at the lace area and back.
Cork fitting soles for those who are looking at the soles.
Final shoes due later this year...stay tuned.
Hopefully I’ll get the chance to wear these in the south of France when this virus has been defeated...

That's got to be Kiyo Uda's. He makes a toe shape which I love, and has a rather distinct look to it. The mystery fitter would have to be him or someone he trained.
