I just want to highlight how nice and courteous Peng from Flamepanda is. Unfortunately I had to cancel my order for private reasons and without hesitation he refunded the whole amount I paid to him about two months ago as he understands my situation and as he's seeing the "edge of the plate". That's why I decided to post this here in this thread as his behavior is not a matter of fact....just a side note: I offered him to pay a cancellation fee and he didn't accept! I hope I can encourage someone here to order from him as he's really nice and as far as I know the quality of boots is just outstanding!

I recently received the John Lofgren Desert Boots in tobacco from Standard & Strange. I love 'em! The silhouette is perfect -- the round toes, the side profile. The attention to detail is superb. And they're very comfortable.

This is my first pair of Lofgren boots, but I seriously doubt it'll be my last.

Anyone have sizing advice for RDT Gleaners? One review I came across said down 1/2 from White's, Clinch, Nicks, and JL Donkey Punchers, though that's not particularly helpful if you don't have any experience with those brands.

I would just ask the reviewer directly. I actually want to know as well

Anyone familiar with the rdt giraffe boots?
They look like they check all the boxes for a premium engineer.
This make up looks so good to me:

I have found Standard & Strange's sizing advice on Lofgren boots to be spot on across 4 different styles. Here's there advice for the donkey punchers:

Choose 1 size smaller than your Brannock device size.

Choose 0.5 size smaller than your Red Wing Iron Ranger or Alden Barrie last size.

Choose the same size as your Viberg 2030 last size.

These boots run quite wide. If you have narrow C-width feet, choose a half size smaller than our recommendation above

You can extrapolate your size from there if that helps.

Yeah the norwegian welt looks crazy.
They also make them with just stitch down and it looks way better. There's an all black pair they posted on their instagram I'm lusting over
