Actually the diagram that they have the X on, you would think that is probably the best way for the body to void your bowels. I may have to try it.

Forgot to add this one to my noodle compendium—my last bowl had at Haneda airport: udon with exceptionally thick slices of exceptionally tender chashu and a pleasantly pink piece of fish cake. A good bowl of noodles really has the power to bring you closer to the realization of God.
