Japan shopping (outside Tokyo) for the tall?

Any recommendations for shops for clothing (sport coats, wool trousers, shirts) in Japan (but not Tokyo, that already has a thread) that would have clothing for someone 6'3" ? I know from trying to shop for my wife that nice women's clothing is hard to find sized for the tall there, but I don't know if the same is true for men)
