1. I'd like to announce that animated avatars are now available again. You'll have to reload, but they are once more possible.

We've been doing a ton of work behind the scenes. The site load speed was already under 1/2 of what Huddler's was, on average, and we installed cloudflare, which means that the site should be even faster. A ton more will go on in the weeks and months to come, and some things will be more visibile, and some less.

    Cheers,

    Fok.

I've had a couple of very positive experiences with Jantzen recently, and I'd like to have a couple of shirts made from oxford cloth. However, the oxford cloth selection is perpetually sold out.

Has anyone mailed Ricky cloth? How did it work out?

And how many yards would I need per shirt, assuming a 16.5 neck and 35 arm?

I would first contact Ricky - by phone and not by email - to see if you can, in fact, send fabric in for such an order. But I'd expect a price increase if I were you, assuming he allows it. My gut tells me that would be a nightmare potentially; they are very limited on space as I understand from pictures of his shop that have been posted on this forum, in addition to members who have been fortunate enough to visit the shop in person. Alternatively, give Ricky a call and find out when he expects oxford cloth to become available - it might be and the web site just has not been updated yet. Doesn't hurt to ask though.

That's a great idea. It seems like in-person customers have gotten access to non-internet fabrics in the past. That sounds lik eht best course of action.
