My dad ordered 10 shirts last month and I gave him my measurements and he ordered me one as well to give it a try. My dad ordered 4 solid whites and 6 colored/patterned shirts and I opted for 140's sea island poplin in solid white. In total we ordered 11 shirts. The white shirts were supposed to be without chest pockets and the colored/patterned ones with.

My dad's shirts arrived today all without pockets and my shirt was also not among them.

Has anyone else had a botched order from Jantzen?

Is this typical for them now with such high volume?

Yes very typical. You have to know that their priorities are more on in house business; meaning, walk ins in China (or HK or wherever the hell they are). Their shipping to the USA used to be horrendous and would take a month or even 2. Not to bash them, but my brother used to go often (once a month from the US) and made literally over 100 suits with them. Yes he didnt care to ********* over regardless of how much business he gave him personally and through references. They may indeed make good shirts, but they are useless if they come out wrong

Sadly, not unusual. They can represent great value for money, but their online/mail business seems to lack a certain QC.
