If I remember correctly on the order form, there is a drop down menu with either male or female to select. I wouldn't see why he wouldn't based on this option.

I imagine so, since on the order form it has a gender pull-down form.

I was thinking of having some shirts made for my wife. I'm sick of looking at her ugly polyester Jones NY shirts.
Let us know how it turns out.

Some time ago Ricky made my wife a darted blouse of the same pink herringbone I had selected for one of my shirts.   Looks and fits great--although she hates ironing it.

I would suggest taking several photos (side, front, back) in a blouse that fits well and e-mailing them along with the measurements.

Yes, I have a few female friends who have made shirts at Jantzen. The shirts fit very well indeed. (They all had their measurements personally taken at the shop by Ricky or David).

It is not at all uncommon to see female customers in the shop.

So that's why you spend all your time there when you are in HK?

Do any of you know if Ricky makes shirts for women? My wife is getting jealous of my Jantzen shirts, in particular the latest (Stripe 135).
I had ordered one for my wife. When I finally receive it, will let you know how it turns out.

When my wife dropped in to order 3 for me on her trip to HK, she picked up 2 for herself. Because she has a somewhat hard to fit body-type, off-the-rack button-up shirts often do not work as well as one might hope for her. The Jantzen shirts fit her terrifically. She is a particular fan of the troca buttons.

Making shirts for woman can be even trickier then men's

I have fun doing it.

Sending pictures would be a smart idea. Also ask for more buttons doen the front so that she has a daytime button closure and an evening button closure.
