I just received my first Jantzen shirt today. I had ordered it April 5 and was starting to get a little worried with the lengthy wait, but it was well worth it. I chose a light blue pinstripe fabric (#224) with a long semi-spread collar and a medium fit. I honestly can't imagine choosing a slimmer fit, as the medium is almost form fitting. The fabric is quite nice with an attractive sheen and soft texture and I'm delighted to say that the measurements I submitted are quite close to perfect. Well, I think they are perfect so don't ruin it for me. [IMG] Sorry, no pics for the piranhas out there; keep your educated, discerning eyes to yourself and let ignorance be bliss (my bliss in this case). If anyone is interested in Jantzen but hasn't yet ordered, I would recommend giving them a try. They really are exceptional shirts at affordable prices.

    I second the motion.

Yes, shame on you . How would a Jantzen Pictures HOF sound (Steve?), that would serve as an reference when ordering shirts. It is a hit and miss to order a shirt from a small jpg pic of fabric but seeing other members' shirts would greatly help. We could post pics of our shirts when we receive them along with the collar and fabric type. Of course, to keep the thread 'pure' we could have to limit our comments and take them to a fresh, disposable thread but I've often wished for a reference like this. I also think that a FAQ category would be a good idea - perhaps this thread would belong there ? Or perhaps in the commercial section ? A different thread in the FAQ could be canned answers to all those questions that are inevitable when new members discover Jantzen. I'm sure you could think of other topics... I don't know - perhaps it's the G&T I'm drinking that's talking [IMG] B

OK, they say the truth shall set you free, so here goes.....

I am something of a Luddite and don't currently own a digital camera. Now, if you will kindly excuse me I am going to go rub two sticks together and make my dinner.

Actually, Bjorn, that is a rather good idea. It is really useful to hear other people's opinions on fabric choices and see actual pictures of the finished shirts. Perhaps I will drag myself into the current century and buy a digital camera.
