1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Hey guys-

I am sorry if I caused you so much trouble [IMG] its just I read this topic http://www.styleforum.net/archive/index.php/t-9889.html after a search and decided it was the place for me..

Its hard enough being a dreamer alone but its worse feeling like ET [IMG] in a place that cant accept an original .. -I guess i'm learning what it was like for Brian Wilson.

I'm not seeing how copying other people's styles makes you an original... and faking a Jamaican accent makes you a loser, sorry bud.

You do, of course, realize that that is one the most pretentious things ever written.

I'm liking Danny Wilson. His head might in the clouds but he sure has his fantasies which we all have in various ways. There are worse perversions than wanting to live out someones talents or idealisms. Remember when we all wanted to be John, Paul, George or Ringo. Same thing. My dream right now is to speeding down the pike in my new silver Porsch but thats way out there right now.
I live by this (I think I made this one up) If you don't have dreams, you'll only have nightmares.

    Midnight to six man
For the first time from Jamaica
    Dillinger and Leroy Smart
    Delroy Wilson, your cool operator

Ken Boothe for UK pop reggae
    With backing bands sound systems
And if they've got anything to say
There's many black ears here to listen

But it was Four Tops all night with encores from stage right
Charging from the bass knives to the treble
But onstage they ain't got no roots rock rebel
Onstage they ain't got no...roots rock rebel

Dress back jump back this is a bluebeat attack
'Cos it won't get you anywhere
    Fooling with your guns
The British Army is waiting out there
An' it weighs fifteen hundred tons

    White youth, black youth
    Better find another solution
Why not phone up Robin Hood
And ask him for some wealth distribution

    Punk rockers in the UK
    They won't notice anyway
    They're all too busy fighting
For a good place under the lighting

The new groups are not concerned
With what there is to be learned
They got Burton suits, ha you think it's funny
    Turning rebellion into money

All over people changing their votes
    Along with their overcoats
If Adolf Hitler flew in today
    They'd send a limousine anyway

I'm the all night drug-prowling wolf
Who looks so sick in the sun
I'm the white man in the Palais
    Just lookin' for fun

    I'm only
    Looking for fun
