Hey, Dose any one know what is going on with Jake and Mabel? I order a pair nudies from them over two weeks ago and have not heard a thing from them or received my jeans. I've tried emailing them a few times and today i called but the number listed had been disconected. I would not fret so much if it wasnt for the fact that my cedit card has already been charged. Any Infromation would be deeply apresate it.

They're bastards at getting a hold of and have had many customers complain both here and on SuFu. I ordered from them back in Sept and it took over a month and a half to receive my shipment. Others have waited longer but so far I haven't heard of anyone NOT receiving their stuff.

Wow I wish I would read up on them before I bought from them. I hope I get my jeans or mabee ill go to my bank and look at my options. Thank you all for the help.

I'm in the same boat as well, the 50% of sale got me, have any of you guys heard anything back from them yet?

I placed an order back in august and had the jeans at my door by the end of the week so frankly this scares me quite a bit. All I want it my nudies....

As far as I know the Brick and Mortar store in Shadyside (Pittsburgh) was closed a while back...

I heard the B&M store closed and they're online only now.

I ordered some stuff from them in September or so, and never received my items. Filed a chargeback, and they eventually got in touch with me something like a month and a half after my order (atleast 3 weeks after the chargeback). They emailed me offering any item under $40 free with my next purchase. I never made that purchase. Didn't want to put any faith in them again.

Ok, feeling real stupid now ... just bought a pair of 50% off straight svens and now I come across this thread.

Any updates here? Or should I call the credit card company now and stope it before it starts ...

It's been about a month for me and still nothing. The most annoying part is under policies on their website they state that they won't charge you until your order ships and that you will receive your order in 3-10days

I'm thinking about writing Nudies and/or the US distributor for Nudies because Jake and Mabel is listed on their website, which is how I came across them.

Well, I just got a couple of emails (automated) from the site ... one stating my order was processed and one stating that my order was rejected / cancelled. Not sure which one is correct, have to wait for the bank statement, I guess.

In the meantime, not holding out too much hope -- all their phone numbers have been disconnected and emails have gone unreturned ...
