Noticed a consistent price increase on the JMM official site. For example Enzo, Dealan, Fellini, Yves, Jax $795 now, Taos $750, Walker even $850. So the Mishima was not an exception, it just introduced the new price policy.

Yep. Which probably means that soon in Europe no JMMs will cost less than €1000. Totally nuts.

On the other hand, the price bump might be good news for our collections.

The All These Nights is a great frame for a woman in my eyes. Not in love with the White Marble colourway.

They're legit in everything else they sell, so I'd say it's a safe yes.

Yeah every retailer is marking the base price or their JMMs as $795... **** is nuts. Even older models that never sold on some sites have been priced up.

****'s nuts indeed. This might be the end of the line for me, fellas. I could stomach the prices and end up paying extra to get a decent sunglass lens cut previously, but there's no way I can justify $800 for a run-of-the-mill acetate frame with a practically unusable lens, and then drop another $200+ on getting a lens put in. Might be time to cash in a coupon I've been holding onto and start planning on accumulating at a significantly slower rate or focus on secondhand frames.

To be truthful, I can't be too upset. I think JMM has long been less expensive than a lot of competitors. I had a feeling this was coming sooner or later, and I still wish nothing but the best for the brand, of course.

My sentiments exactly, any new frame I can find now on discount or cheaper than MSRP is a win for me. Even Black Optical raised their prices
