Decided to get some new opticals recently. I didn’t set out to get JMM’s, but these Nolands in Midnight were my favorites of all the frames I tried.

What are your thoughts guys about the JMM Camel colourway?
The JMM Molino in Camel caught my attention and was my first JMM purchase. It's still my favorite colorway and the one I wear the most because it fits me like a glove.

Vinca looks like one of those colors that you either love or hate. I'll wait to make my decision until I see them in real life.

I have a Dahlia coming soon, those photo's above look real good. I just hope they don't look overly feminine.

Had a catastrophic failure of the hinge attachment (frame front to temple) day before yesterday. Other than sitting in a car for a day during the summer, nothing happened to the Argyle Enzo's until I tried to put them on.

JMM's repair solution was to replace the frame front for a mere $480. Oh, and since Argyle frame fronts are not available I would have to replace it with one on Agar....

sbspecs is a member here and has an instagram account showcasing their work. I haven’t needed their services, but worth contacting. Check out their instagram. I believe I have seen them remedy this situation; although, perhaps another brand.

These 4 will make 8 total.

Existing frames include; Marquina (RX), Argyle (RX), Surplus (Sun), Agar (Sun). Of the new frames; Beige, Nero, Skye and Ochre, I’m thinking I’ll convert the Ochre to RX as well. I was initially thinking I’d make the Skye or Beige RX, but those frames with their respective lavender and brown lenses are amazing, so I don’t want to touch them.

The other frame I still want for RX is Rover, but if I’m buying 9, then I’ve gotta get 10. Guess I’ll save that spot for another cool collab that comes around (like the Graphite Enzo from Leidmann that I missed out on).

I realize transitions are popular with many and would give me the change to wear all of these frames as RX and Sun, but I’m still hesitant due to my naturally lit work environment, so I stick with separate Sun and RX frames. I would feel uncomfortable with ‘sunnies’ on in the office.

I’m a big sneaker head and I love to match my fits with my sneakers to some extent. This variety in Enzo frames lets me match my frame as well.

I can relate 😎

Firstly let me say I’m sorry to see this.

If you read back on my posts you will see I had some issues with adjustments and overheating, though not to the extent that the barrel completely dislodged from the front frame.

That said, if you genuinely didn’t sit on them, this should be repaired under warranty, In my case they first replaced the front frame, but it wasn’t satisfactory as the arms and frame are hand crafted to fit. The result for me was a misaligned arm to front frame.

In the end, and without any pushing really, I was sent a completely new frame. It had to be Agar as they didn’t have any Argyle, but I took the replacement frame and then bought another Argyle from a store who still had stock.

I’d expect the same in your case as far as a replacement is concerned, even if it means Agar. Don’t have them send you a front frame. Send back the broken frame and get a replacement under warranty.

Hi friends. Was finally able to try on a pair of Ascari's today. I figured I'd like them, and I do. They're similar in profile to the Thierry Lasry Rhude Rhevesions, which I'm also a fan of. There aren't many color options at the moment, and the only other I like is the Agar/Havana which both seem too similar to my Kaine in Agar, especially with the exposed wire core. Thus my options are the Tropical (pictured here) or the Black (grey/black lens, which I've photoshopped here). What do folks think?

Tropical gets my vote - similar to Division and you could send them off to get refinished to a matte black and basically have Division.

After nearly two weeks of emails and unreturned VM’s I finally got a response for my return request.

A little silly that the Customer Service rep had to mention their policy only allows returns within 7 days since my first request was clearly within the time period but oh well, they at least sent me a return label.

A couple extra photos of Dahlia from my dealer today.

Considering for wifey (unsure I could pull them off myself), but she always goes for more mainstream brands (Prada, Gucci, etc). I’ve gotta convert her to JMM 😂
These do make me wonder whether to return my cameo pair and get these. Does anyone jbownif the cameo frame is meant to be a very light pink? I've read yes, but just not sure.

Completely agree. How about don't even mention that? You aren't doing me a favor, you're honoring your policy that I acted in good faith to comply with.
