My current favorite pair….
First I got into JMMs …

Then I decided they had to have exposed wiring like these …

Then I got hickory A/S Dealans with the Native American symbols engraved on the wiring and now nothing else will do!

It’s only a matter of time till I find the right pair of Last Frontiers and end up throwing down for those juicy big arrows on the temples and the thunderbirds on the tips.

I’m an idiot!

I’m with you all the way on that!! If I had “F you” money I’d buy the Last Frontier Rawlins in Nero and put the tropical lens in them!!

I’m stuck at a point where I have pairs in Noir, Havana, and Rover & can’t justify buying other pairs until they expand the color options

Vintage tort is very necessary though

When I get glasses I feel super dizzy and my peripheral vision feels weird. Also, since I’m a - prescription lenses make my eyes smaller, and I don’t appreciate how that looks

I would try wearing your glasses longer and see if your eyes adjust. New Rx and lens shape and all that stuff can kinda mess with what your eyes are “expecting” to see if that makes sense. Happened to me when I got my Rx updated last year. Took a few days for my eyes to get used to the new lenses, even with keeping my old frames. You could try wearing the glasses for an hour or two at first and then gradually increase if it feels ok.

Just wanted to say I love JMM as a brand. I know they are kind of the hot ticket right now, but their quality I think is unsurpassed. I went to Hoorsenbuhs and actually got a pair, but returned it. All the packaging was cheap and I just dont see the justification for $800. Hell they are probably even made in the same factory or similar, but I just dont think they compare.

I tried them on in optical form, and thought they made a very nice optical frame, exactly as you demonstrate here.

(I left to meet a client, returned 90 minutes later to purchase, and they were gone. Purchased by someone on here, perhaps. I am not a compulsive shopper, which has its pros and cons.)

You might be right. I will be receiving my Ichis fr9m France next monday, so I had no chance to handle them yet. I thought they could be a bit chunky for opticals (I had the Prudhons in mind too) but that pic of @UrbanComposition shows me I must be wrong. So glad I found them!!.
