Anyone who has orange lenses, have these been a good every day wear for the summer time? I’m intrigued by them (trying to hunt down some Havana 3’s unsuccessfully) but wondering if I’ll get sick of the orange or love it.

@Nat25
I've just got a pair of Fellinis with orange / sepia lenses two weeks ago ... so just a recent buy, but I LOVE it and can't imagine that I'll get tired of it ... while everything looks more beautiful through some JMM lenses, these give everything a warm feel. Good stuff.

Great look! What's the shawl collar cardigan? Could be RRL, but these beautiful colours...

Omg you guys are awesome! One day I’ll travel and have a drink with you all !

Dude, when travel becomes a more normal practice again, it's gonna be super expensive. Better start selling some of your JMMs to fund the traveling and drinking with us. I volunteer to contribute to your fund via the purchase of your Dealan Reserves :cool:

Hi Guys,

sorry, I'm late to the party. I have been wearing JMM for about two years, but I didn't know you had such a nice thread going here.

I got my first pair in 2019, the Seberg in Havana. It was quite difficult at that time to find an optician in Europe to order them from. Amazing how many shops now carry JMM.

Last year I got the Molino in Havana 3. I can't get more than one pair per year since I have to get prescription glasses that cost me over two times as much as the frames themselves. So I have to choose very carefully.

For this year I was planning to get a pair of aviators, and I bought a pair of Brion. I really liked that Robert Redford look in their campaign, as it was always one of my favorite seventies looks.

Today I received the new Omaha model to shoot it out against the Brion and I like it a lot. I think the square shape of the Omaha works better with my round face.

It also has a beautiful simplicity, and the material is just like the perfect vintage military aviator.

Here is a comparison of the two frames:
