...What happened to your Fitzs? I had them in sage and they’re a really cool look but ‘someone’ persuaded me to sell them on. I know they’ve gone to a good home but do have a slight lingering sellers’ remorse!

Dear @Thin White Duke,

Cheers.

Taos
Fellini
Last spot, Loewy maybe

I feel like I could put 5-10 frames in the last slot, though. Really hard to pick between Dealan, Zephirin, Sturges, Enzo, PCH, and a couple others I’m sure I’m forgetting.

Might be biased as I own both but they're certainly my favorites. I don't have a 3rd preference yet.

After listening to Jerome speak about the manufacturing efforts invested into the Fellini, I'm infatuated with the frame even moreso. His passion is undeniable and totally off the scale! 3 years in the making and to seek out a different factory just to achieve his goal with that frame is simply amazing.

Looks like I was able to snag the last Fellinis in Dark Havana from End. Couldn’t find them anywhere else online. Hope these aren’t a pair that were manhandled and returned. Am a bit iffy on the Olive lenses given how light and yellowish they are. Figured I can swap them out. Roughly how much you guys paying for reg replacement sun lenses? I think I read only to go to an optician familiar with JMMs because difficult to work with the acetate?

Ohhh damn you hahaa.... I've been trying to buy those on END for the last 3 days via Afterpay option but their website is just littered with technical glitches!!

If you decide to offload the olive lenses shoot me a message.

There’s a great film with Gregory Peck and Sophia Loren called ‘Arabesque’ in which the baddie Alan Baddel wears tortoise sunglasses in a sort of narrow rectangular frame.

I’ve been on the lookout for something a bit like this for ages. In my mind’s eye they were a bit different to the actual photo from the film. I saw a pair of JMM ‘Christa’ I think they were called which looked very out there at first glance with weird spring hinges and in a mottled aqua blue colour with very thick frames but they actually came somewhat close to what I e been looking for and looked much more normal on my face than how they appeared in the glass case. Anyone tried these yet?
