LMFAO at the 2001 (which is made in Italy BTW).

The frame itself doesn’t really add anything new to the table but hickory is a really nice colourway. I wore my hickory Taos today after getting the original lenses installed yesterday (I had swapped them for light brown ones in an attempt to replicate the teak Hemmings look, but the ones I put didn’t had a gradient so they ended up looking a bit plain).

I agree, not an exciting frame, but nice nonetheless. The temples remind of those on the Fitzgerald. I like the simple wirecore without frills. The fit seems to be medium-large.

Indeed, it’s definitely nice. If someone missed out on the hickory Fellinis or the like then these will be as nice as those. I feel like some of the early days frames are put on a pedestal by mere virtue of being released early rather than because they’re outstanding or unique compared to frames that came out later.

Loro Piana… I hope they at least market them as actual ski glasses.

Forget about wearing goggles over glasses…now you can wear goggles over goggles!

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
