    my size:
    amr length: 65cm
    chest circumference: 86 cm
    waist: 74cm
    length(back):53cm
    shoulder width: 43cm

There is this jacket I found on ebay for which the dimensions are:
    sleeve length: 69cm
    chest width: 49 cm
    length(back):58cm
    shoulder width: 43cm

I am worried about the shoulder width. I know it must be slightly bigger than my actual body's size, so I'll have to modify this jacket, the problem is if there's gonna be enough material on the jacket to extend it sufficiently. Do you recommend I get it? The seller doesn't respond. This is the bigger version of the jacket. The smaller has the following size:
    arm length: 68cm
    chest width: 47 cm
    length(back):57cm
    shoulder width: 41cm

What's the price? If it's a reasonable price then grab it and see if alterations can be done. If they can't be done then you're only out a few bucks.

I picked up a Zegna jacket a while back that had measurements which were just a tad too small, but I got it for $10, and then when I got it the seller had mismeasured anyway, so it was easy to have my tailor alter the half inch of sleeve length I needed. It is now one of my favourites.

It is not cheap, but I love it. That's why I wanna know. I'm thinking, the chest measurements are fine for the bigger one, right? And those are the most important. Still, what kind of risk am I taking with the shoulders?

Measure your best fitting jacket rather than your person. It's better for comparison. Your personal measurements are better for MTM.

Are you sure about those two? That makes you an Italian 43 jacket. You'll be hard pressed to find much smaller then a 46 in adults. Plus that waist sounds big for your chest.
