1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Looks like a self absorbed, 3rd person speaking, freaky dude to me.
Sorry I can't help ID the jacket though...

Either some Canal St. job or an overpriced BAPE monstrosity, it's probably the latter.

Yes, I'm sure Kanye shops on Canal St. [IMG]

It doesn't look like A Bathing Ape. The three stripes (which you can't really see in the original picture) suggest it might be an Adidas. That's a trademark, right? I haven't seen anything similar to it, though.

It's definitely an Adidas track jacket, but as to what specific type, I have no idea.

To Flame, you have no clue what you are talking about. [IMG] You have equated "hip hop" with a particular aesthetic, while Kanye West proves this isn't appropriate. You idiot, Kanye wore Dior Homme on a recent award show...[IMG]

Has a weird marble/tie died effect in the second pic.

    Well you get my idea.

Let's not get into jabs, I'm not just a fan of Mr Self-absorbed West, or people who ask questions without thinking of their target demographic.

You don't have to be a fan of Mr. West's personality to appreciate his music or fashion sense. Esquire named him the third dressed person, not to say their the premiere source of fashion. Who is a better site to post this to - the self-absorbed hip hop artists' fashions website or maybe hypebeast? Is this not titled streetwear and denim? I think you have some prejudices. If this board only talks about Nudie jeans, then the full spectrum of streetwear isn't presented. [IMG]

Ohhh Esquire, the bible of wannabe metro quasi-celebrities throughout America.

Do go on about "playa hatas", "emo crybabys" and "unappreciative snobs".

But realise there is a fine line between fashion fowardness, and a breathing fruit basket. a fruit basket with lots of shine and rhinestones.

Correct, you have to be a dolt. Or a troll, your choice.

To lay the question to rest, the piece is in fact a Y-3 piece from a collection commemorating Japanese Oympic stars. And with that, the thread is locked. Absolutely no mindless flame wars on the Streetwear forum. I will ban you from this forum, and you will be cast into the Men's clothing forum where you will have to discuss the intricacies or the Canali vs. Corneliani suits forever.

    Fok.
