New Jacket needs some work.
1. Is it worth trying to fix this one?
2. It's MTM, is it a couple tweaks away from getting a good template, or something to drop and try elsewhere?

There are some tailors here who might be able to give more detailed advice about whether to modify that or just scrap it, but my initial impression is that it's pretty bad. Made to measure, but using whose measurements, I wonder.

That jacket is all kinds of wrong. Ironically, most of these botched MTM jobs end up being too tight and short.

in this case, the jacket is just too large. The sleeves are a bit on the short Side. I’m not sure it’s salvageable in its current format, but I’m not a tailor.

My advice is to send it back. If possible, get a refund and move on.

I think a skilled tailor could do a good job with it, but it's going to cost some money. If you paid for MTM and got that back, I'd ask for a refund. Nobody should have to put a couple of hundred in extra tailoring into a new MTM jacket.
