jacket fit/good & cheap Chicago tailors

Hello SF, I recently posted a thread about pulling together an outfit for a school dance and ended up thrifting the Lanvin blazer I mentioned in that thread. I'm going to have the jacket altered and new buttons put on. Based on the photos I posed, do I only need to have the waist taken in, or are other alterations necessary? Regarding buttons, I think I'd like white or smoked grey MOP, but would be open to other suggestions. Finally, I need a tailor (in Chicago or on the North Shore/Evanston) who can do this at a reasonable price by the Feb. 20th? Thanks so much, wmmk
