+J uniqlo tweed blazer in GQ

Not talking about the tweed jacket featured in August 2009. I remember this jacket was somewhere in GQ and they pictured it with a vest underneath. The jacket was a plain weave, not herringbone. Does anyone remember which edition of GQ this was in and if it is still in stock?

^Size down. I have a couple and I really like them. If they are too big, you can always get the kids sized ones.
