Does anyone have any experience with J. Hilburn, specifically with their off-the-rack outerwear? I'm looking at this overcoat:

http://www.jhilburn.com/products/northeastern_overcoat/charcoal

It's 90/10 wool/cashmere LP Storm System. I've said before on SF that I'm a big fan of Storm System cashmere--I have a MTM 3/4 coat made of the stuff by Martin Greenfield, and I love it. But it is 4 years old and beginning to show wear in places (I pretty much wear it daily here in NYC in the winter), so I'm looking for a "workhorse" version for daily wear and I'll keep the cashmere for special occasions. I figure the 90/10 blend of wool/cashmere will be more durable, but still have a nice hand.

Anyone have this coat or LP SS wool/cashmere blend that can offer any opinions?

Thanks,
Goph

Hey GBR - better late than never.

A client of mine loves his Loro Piana Northeastern Overcoat. The quality and craftmanship are unbeatable at the price. The storm system fabric does just what it claims. This coat will last a long while.
