They always have free shipping for over $150. It would be nice if they offered free shipping codes on smaller purchases...

or just re-evaluate their shipping charges. I was doing some calculations and turns out adding items to get it at 150 ends up being the better value as you could get a couple of t-shirts for the price of shipping.(applying the free shipping code.)

Yes, but I often find a single item on sale I want. Like some $40 pants. I wish they offered better free shipping codes every once in a blue moon.

I think it was before Christmas, if I remember correctly, but there was a couple weeks where they were offering a different code every few days for free shipping on any one item. It would be nice if they did that more often.

i got these n chinos in today. (urban slim ones) overall they fit exactly the same except for the different in rise + material. The tompkins feel slightly thinner with a hint of polyester. The dill is a taupe really light brownish color. I might return them to get diff colors

Really bugs me how the items I really like in the current catalog are nowhere to be found in the store. Seems to an increasing trend.

That's usually how it is, the J.crew reps say you can have anything in the catalog/website shipped to the store free of charge, and then you can try it on and NOT buy it if you don't like it

BTW, I may actually go by J.crew and get an application to see if they'll put me to work like 4 hours a week or something, from what I hear they get a pretty good discount.

Hmm. I guess I wasn't aware of that. I thought you had to purchase it on the phone before it was shipped. You're saying you don't have to purchase until it's in the store?

I don't know about Jcrew specifically but most stores do make you purchase over phone but if you end up not liking it when you pick it up they just credit you back your money, like a return i guess.

They will also student discount a collab item if you are currently in school or an educator.
