J Crew Pant Sizing

Looking to pick up a pair of a J Crew Urban Slim Fit Chinos and am looking for some sizing help (no store nearby to try them on). By way of comparison, I wear a 29 or 30 waist in Levi's 514 Slim Fit jeans (Levi's seems to have a lot of variance). Thanks...
