Im thinking of ordering the indy's for $315 (including tax and shipping after discounts).

I wear a 9e in allen edmonds shoes. and a 9.5 in clarks desert boots.

Can someone please tell me if the 9d indy will be too narrow? I can always add an insole to 9.5 indys.

Picked up the cap toes. I'm gonna return the Florsheim Duckie Brown cordovan brogue boots, horrible finish and quality. I've seen the cap toes in person and they are amazing.

You're probably OK. I take a size 8 US in Clarks DBs, and my Barrie/TruBalance/Modified lasted shoes are also size 8 US, including Indy's. I believe I take a size 8.5D US in AEs in a normal last, not the narrow models like Park Ave or Strand.

When in doubt, order both sizes and return the unwanted pair at a local branch.

I bought a pair of Common Project Duck Boots for 240 on Cyber Monday with their 40% plus 40% off. But I truly had my heart set on a pair of Indy's this christmas season. Now that my CP's are being delivered tomorrow, I'm nervous to spend 330 on a pair of Indy's now too. I really cant afford both right now. ****!
