1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I would consider it but I have a feeling the fit is pretty bad.

Isn't there a J Crew blog? I'm sure someone here has pictures of the FW09 stuff. I'm not looking for them. [IMG]

J crew digs into the golden years of the past to set the landscape for what will ultimately be a dystopian future. A stroke of brilliance, and an absolutely necessary collection!

God damn this is like my favorite label these days.

I'm sure even Darth Vader has the odd pair of chinos, bra.

I do not like that cardigan, I do not. What is it with all those buttons, anyway?

If I had a high bankroll I'd be buying entirely Junya and 45rpm and stuff like that but instead I have to make a lot of edits using cheap basics and creativity with a sewing machine so here we are. [IMG]

On the other hand I find the idea of going for a very unoffensive "refined-normal" look often acheived in all-jcrew outfits to be really boring so I get where you and Jet are coming from.

Still, doesn't seem like the new stuff online is really F/W. Though I could see how the plaid shirts might qualify for fall.

My friend who works there was opening up boxes of fall shipment and told me there's a bunch more ginghams, Mcalister re-issues with thicker soles, better laces, etc. and a year round urban slim fit chino with lower rise and more tapered opening amongst other things.
