I've developed an eye twitch.

Vitamin A deficieny results in some eye twitching. try eatting more carrots

i can personally relate to lack of sleep for a constant eye twitch issue. started sleeping normally and everything normalized.

+1 I get this from time to time ( once or twice every year or so then not for a few years) my Doc said it was stress, relax and sleep. Repeat.
