Yeah, they are the team to beat now. Don't think they'll win it all though.

After yesterday against Northwestern, I agree with you. Ohio State was one point away from a loss.

    St. John's destroying Duke ATM.

lol @ 'Cuse. TV man said Boeheim has never lost five in a row. Next game is at UConn.

Thank you FSU for your erratic play this season, although 11 of the top 25 lost.

If anyone can figure out this St. John's team, please let me know.

Loss at home to St. Bonnies. Blow 20 point lead to Fordham. Blowout losses to the Cuse, Gtown and L'ville.

But.... blowout wins against Duke and Notre Dame. Wins against a ranked G'town. Won the Holiday Fest (Northwestern) and the Alaska Shootout (Ariz State), beat West Va on the road.

And they play the third toughest sked.

    Oh UCLA, lolz.

    Wait 'til next year though!
Zeke, Reeves, Honeycutt, Smith, Anderson, Lee, Lamb, Lane, the Wear twins, at least one 4-star recruit....

Plus, I predict that sometime in the very near future, they are going to hire an ex-qb as their football coach and that guy is going to hire Norm Chow, who will then turn any qb they have into a Heisman winner and NFL #1 pick. Also, around that same time USC will be placed on probation, will lose all their recruits and luster, and "The Football Monopoly in L.A. [Will Be] Officially Over."

    Just you wait.

I can't stand Duke and was happy to seem them get blasted today, but, really, did it have to be ole "Run-on Lav???

"You're caught up in the moment of the game and I wanted St. John's fans to come to the party in terms of supporting the players on the court. We had this arduous stretch of games and having lost five of six, at that moment it was just wanting to jumper cable the crowd and bring energy for our players because they deserved a pat on the back and some appreciation for the yeoman's effort and the cohesive brand of basketball they had been playing against the defending national champion. This was an interesting stretch as a coach, I don't think it had ever happened. The mathematical probabilities have got to be one in a zillion. We've had to temper things with them and be mindful of that frustration. The concern was that our players realize this conference is really tough and you can lose five of six and not be playing bad basketball. I thought our team from the outset executed with precision on offense and brought great intensity to the defensive end of the floor, and we were able to maintain a high level of basketball for 40 minutes and that was the difference."

    Jeezus....

USC basketball is going to be awful once Vucevic bolts for the NBA and Stepheson graduates .. but UCLA will still be just as irrelevant. Honeycutt will probably leave, Lane/Reeves/Jerime Anderson are lolz, Lee is very talented but looks terrible in the offense... so that leaves excitement over Smith.

USC has a basketball program??? [IMG]

Reeves is good; I hope that Honeycutt stays and that the Wears are the real deal...we'll see.

But, yeah, the old magic is just not there.

    Duck Fuke.

Also, could the Ok State fans be any worse? THey are beating the top 15 team at home and they are silent. It is painful to watch.
