Some of the cap toes look a bit exaggerated to me.

Actually these are superbly hand made calfskin italian shoes that sell here for around $170 but you can get them for under $100 when on sale.

The pakersons are really wonderful, fit like a glove and really gorgeous... I can't understand why some people pay $600 or more for the same kind of shoes in the US, only for the label on them ?

I agree, those Naviboot captoes are kind of exaggerated... [IMG]

Look at these, they are more trendy takes on classics (exaggerated maybe)... are good to wear them with slim suits and are the kind you'd see in GQ labelled at $500+, here you get them for under $100

This Brand Ralph Harrison have two product lines
English style goodyear welted shoes and italian style trendy slim shoes.

They're classic looks with a slight Italian edge. It seems for the price paid that you came out ok.

Forzieri even has an Amazon store, so their shoes are available (at full price) there as well.

Anyone know when a shoe can actually labelled "hand made"? is there a given percentual amount of handwork required or is it sufficent when e.g. only the leather is cut by hand.
