Also interesting is that almost all of them are having undone sleeve buttons.

What is the term for an Italian version of a chav? Or is the term 'Italian' indicator enough?

What are you seeing here that I'm not? Baggy trousers, some sort of beeswax soled (?) suede moccasins with a DB suit, the button stance makes the jacket look like a burlap sack, nothing about the tie or shirt is exciting, the pin is tacky, the glasses are uninspiring at best, and the pocket square (white, yawn) is making a jump for it.
