I know the answer to my question could be quite obvious, but hope dies last :)
Is there any chance to find MTM shirts service of these Italian brands in London:

- Finamore
- Luigi Borrelli
- Barba
- Isaia
- Other comparable Italian, if any exist

Or at least to see their RTW shirts?

I've never seen any of those Italian brands in London. All my Finamore, Borrelli and Barba have been bought online. Also haven't seen Fray or Lorenzini.
The only comparable are:

Kiton (sold in the Kiton shop and Harrods), £280+
Brioni (sold in the Brioni shop and Harrods), £260+
Truzzi (were sold in Selfridges a few months back , not sure if about now), £180+
Stefano Ricci (Harrods again, don't know the price but will be silly money)
Pal Zileri (£150+), Harvey Nicks and their own shop. This is perhaps more at the level of Zegna / Armani.

All very expensive and the respective shops will probably alter for you, sending the price into heart attack mode.

Harrods also sell Canali 'Exclusive' and Zegna 'Couture'. I would guess their boutiques on Bond St must have these shirts as well.
You also have RLPL (£250ish) and RLBL (£200ish) which I think are made by Corneliani, so not an Italian label but Italian made.

Thanks a lot, jnm23q. Now I have no expectation for my trip to London. Unfortunately, I need at least extra long sleeves in my shirt and I cannot buy online. Will check Harrods though and also "good old" or rather "bad old" Eton.

I think you better buy online , everything is cheapier from uk online. But once you get there , the prices are crazy . Well it's also cooler to buy in a shop , it's up to you

Didn't Canali used to offer MTM through Savoy Tailors Guild on the Strand – is that still going?
