Thought this might be a good place to do some networking across the country if this works.

Anyone in software sales or services?

I used to sell PLM Software, was working wtih Siemens selling Team Center and their CAD software.

i did it for 3 years, and made some great money.

I just switched to a new company, Pingtone, providing VoIP as a hosted service. I am starting up their Federal division.

I have never done any commercial sales, and am going to give a few deals a try. Hopefully it closes faster than any government sales.

Any sales tips other sales guys have? i have always dealt with C level guys. Not sure how the govvie C levels differ with the Private sector.

Interesting, you must be in the Pingtone building off of 28? I've always wondered what they did.
