Issues with Viberg

Hello,

Approximately three weeks ago I ordered shell cordovan boots from Viberg via their website. The boots were in stock. A few days passed and the boots were still not shipped. I contacted customer service and they stated boots are shipped around 2 business days, well it had exceeded that time frame. I keep emailing and finally get a response that the boots are in NYC at their pop up shop. Well, as you can assume time has passed and issues with the COVID-19 virus arise. Thus, I contact Viberg and say do you have this cordovan boot in stock at your warehouse. They respond yes, so I order that pair. They still do not ship the product to me. I contact them and they stated, that the popup shop in NYC has the boots, and they will ship it together.

None of this has happened. Nothing that I've been told has happened. I email them several times, with zero response. I am starting to get concerned that I am not being told the complete truth here.

Does anyone have any guidance?

Bad timing to get what sounds like a small inventory issue in availability sorted out given the circumstances. Given that NYC is going into lock down, the Canada US borders are closing, and most apparel businesses are reeling from the most traumatic blow in decades... you're boots are not a top priority. Ask for a refund or tracking number- while you can. But please be kind. It's kind of brutal out there.
