Hi all, purchased these lovely green Kurt Geiger loafers a few weeks back. Basically I bought a soft brush and loake natural bees wax polish to protect them. When I applied the polish and brushed to a nice finish white scratch marks appeared in the leather. The first time I wore them today literally just in the car I've noticed a big dull patch. How do I get rid of this and the scratch marks? Have I ruined them before even breaking them in?

How hard did you apply the wax? These look like crust leather you've taken the finish off of.
