Good score, nice suit, quite a lot to pay second hand, but nonetheless a nice suit.

Crappy pics indeed, supposedly it's only been worn twice.
Only reason I paid so much was for the 3-day return policy.
That and I was dying for a grey charcoal suit.
Yes, can anyone chime in and say what the red thread
under the lapel by the lapel button hole is for.
I know the fact that it's red is aesthetic, but what is the
actual thread for?

It holds a carnation or whatever in the lapel.

The stem of your boutonaire.

Older models have a black thread...

Oh thanks for the info.
Haven't had one of those since HS.
Does anyone have a comment on the
price that it sold for. Would anyone else
have bitten at that price point?

I was looking at that suit on ebay, but passed because I didn't know if removing the darts on the trousers would restore them to their original state. Enjoy the great Isaia suit!

It could work out to be an excellent deal for you.

By the way, I've seen flat front Isaia pants with darts before (indeed, I own a pair). The darts were probably not added via alteration. I'm not sure what the purpose is, but I don't see any reason why you'd remove them.

Looks like a solid deal. You won't know until you get it, but the return policy is helpful.

I've never seen Isaia suits with darts in the trousers, so I thought they were added after. Oh well, my loss, someone else's gain.

Ya, I too have isaia trousers that have darts in them.
I don't find much difference between trousers with or
without them. I'll let you guys have a look when I receive
the suit and post better pics.
