I bought this for myself, but have not been able to pull the trigger on getting it fitted and into the rotation, so off it goes to a loving home. Price includes shipping in the continental US. Buyers outside of the CONUS are responsible for actual shipping charges. Insurance is extra if you want it.

It is 100% wool in a beautiful shade of dark gray. Three button front, but also has a functional button at the throat latch so that you can really button up when the weather turns bad. The front of the coat features a covered placket that hides the buttons (I've pictured this. It's lined and is just an example of how nice the detailing is on this coat) and pick stitching at the collar. The back of the coat has a single center vent and is belted, which gives a sharp touch to break up the back. The sleeves have one functional button at the cuff. If you need to alter the sleeve length and taking it up too much would interfere with the button, any competent tailor can take up the sleeve from the shoulder. I've had that done on coats with functional buttons at the cuff before several times. You can see that the interior is plaid - this is the reverse of the jacket fabric, which is a pretty great touch. While this is tagged a 56, most people are going to be wearing it over a suit coat or sportcoat or other heavy winter item, so I think it would fit a big 42 or a 44 best. This is a staple piece that you will have in your wardrobe for years to come and which you will never regret purchasing. Lots of Isaia coats on eBay, just not many this classic and staple.

Measurements:

Chest - 47"
Waist -46"
Shoulders - 20.75"
Sleeve - 26.5"
Length - 35" from bottom of collar to tail
