Hi guys

Is there anyone having experiences with Isaia model base Cortina?
I usually wear Isaia 38/48, which perfectly fits my body without needs for altering.

I've tried base Sanita, Musa and Gregory before but not Cortina.

It seems that Cortina has narrow shoulder with the shortest length when compared to the other model bases of Isaia.(I have no idea of armhole size of Cortina)

Will size size 50 Cortina fit my body?

Thank you

I am a true size 38/48 in the shoulders, and I found the cortina a little tight there in 38/48, but just right at 40.
However, the chest was too roomy in the 40 by just a little bit. Yes the length is a short.

The Cortina is pretty trim, so you'll want to go up to a 40/50. The Capri, not the Cortina, is the short C-body from Isaia, about 1.5" or so shorter than the others.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
