My grandfather passed away last year and left behind a bunch of a stuff which my father has been hoarding.

We’re starting to clear things out, figure out what to keep and what to donate, etc. This watch caught my eye and I’d like to get some opinions on it, as i can’t find anything about it save for a Pinterest image of what appears to be the same model?

It’s not running, missing the glass/crystal and a couple hands it seems, and definitely needs to be cleaned up/polished. But it is stamped as 14k gold (but looks plated, no?), the diamonds may or may not be real, and I thought the checkerboard pattern on the face was fairly interesting.

The only text I can find relating to it, from the title of the Pinterest image, is “Seiko 14K Gold & Diamond Accent CE3076 Watch” and, looking through the source, seems it was linked from an eBay listing - Item ID 173300727193 - that I can’t find on WWB or Google Cache.

Photos attached, Pinterest image included for reference.

So, worth the effort? Anyone have any information on it at all?

Thanks!
