Is this the RM Williams Forum Special?

That big thread by Sator said 280 AUD I think? There's also shipping, making the total come out 300 AUD os 200 USD.

Is the Forum Special the most sleek model?

I reckon the Yearling (last, not leather) would be sleeker than the Forum Special. The Macquarie uses the same, or at least similiar last as the Yearling but with a lower heel. Also, unless something went wrong, the standard chisel toe on the Craftsman is a lot sleeker than the rounded toe on the Forum Special I got.

The forum special is a MTO model. For one thing, it has a screwed leather sole (rather than sewn). Screwed sole, French Calf leather, size up 1 in length, size down 1-2 in width (something like that).
