Is this tag supposed to be removed? (Kenneth Cole overcoat)

Forgive the stupid and trivial question, but I have absolutely no idea whether this tag is supposed to stay on the jacket or be removed. It's at the bottom of the sleeve, on the wrist:

If you can't tell from the pictures, it's sewn to the jacket on the edges by a couple pieces of thread. I've already removed like 4 tags from this jacket, but I just have no idea if this is supposed to stay or not.

Please spare me any Kenneth Cole criticisms, if you would. I got the coat for 75% off.

On every Kenneth Cole jacket I own, I keep that tag on it.

So that's 2 votes for keep it and 1 vote for remove it? Haha. Was hoping to achieve some sort of consensus here.

I think GDL was saying that it's meant to stay there. There's overall consensus to keep the tag.

Cut it off and burn it lest people know you bought a KC item.

Ah, I assumed he was saying "yes" to the thread title. 3-0 is good enough for me, if that's what he meant.

A big caveat though: People don't say what they think. And there IS a consensus.

perhaps if you leave the tag on it wont be too late to return it...

(I had to. this is styleforum. If you really plan on keeping it you have to take it off)
