Wearing brown loafers, khakis, and a blue dress shirt. Also a black belt. Does this go together well? Usually i role the sleeves up, and im not sure about wearing a tie, but it is blue and dark blue big stripes. Also not super formal where im going. Thoughts?

Your belt should be the same shade of brown as your loafers. The only tie I would wear with khakis is a knit tie.
