Is this jacket feasible in modern tailoring?

I stumbled upon this picture and the way the lepel is rolled and everything else about it is just astonishing, could this be replicated?

A skillful and sympathetic tailor can replicate anything.

Not all with skills will have sympathy for it, nor the reverse.

Perhaps in NYC or LA you can find a tailor who does a lot of work for movies and plays, and is therefore used to taking on historical styles. CEGO does this in the shirt area, perhaps he (Carl) could recommend his counterpart in the suiting line.

Yeah. I see those lapels and I think "overcoat" more than "sportcoat."

They just seem like short peaks to me.

I pulled the image through Photoshop and was able to extract a few details.
It is actually a very small peak instead of a small notch.
