Your pants aren't slim fitting. They are just too tight in the seat.
Some slim fitting clothes aren't conservative business dress, because they come across as a bit flashy. I don't think your pants fit that category. They look like pretty normal pants. They just don't fit in the seat. If there is room to let them out, they would be just fine.
