Hello,

So, I just returned from my new tailor, and I am not satisfied. I feel like my suit is too big, and he also had a bunch of other details wrong. I feel both jacket and pants are a bit large and baggy, and I wanted the more slim look. What do you think, does it fit as it should or not? Should I get it fixed?

PS: Here I have a casual linen shirt I wore all day, so don't get bothered by it...

Okay, I found that 2 of them actually grew in size when I clicked on them. But I feel like, if those pants were slimmed down any more, I would know way too much about you. Overall, that suit is as slim as your body will allow it to be. The tailor probably refused to put his name on anything slimmer than that. What exactly would you want taken in?

Fixed the image size...

Okay, thank you. I was just undecided about it's fit. The tailor did an awful job on the lapels, and chest pocket, so I guess I started questioning everything...
Thinking about it I think you are right about the pants though...I have a huge ass.

What bothers me the most is actually the opening in the front, I feel like it doesn't show enough shirt/tie..that it could be slimmed a bit more there...there certainly is a space for cm or two more. Am I paranoid now?

Yeah, the stance on the coat is too high, and its a bit short. I'm guessing you asked for a modern, slim fit suit. That's kinda where things went wrong. That comes with a shorter coat and a high stance. Not sure of the issue you've got with the lapels and chest pocket, but the sizing on the coat went wrong.

Looks kinda like some people I've seen that size down from a 42R to a 42S because the "sleeves are too long" on the 42R.

Edit: If you're going for a modern, slim fit suit, you got just that. And that'll be perfectly accepted by many and I doubt you will get any glares for it. Life is about learning lessons, I suppose. Take from this experience what you want.
