Manton refers to a concave shoulder in his suit treatise. Is this a concave shoulder? If not, can someone point me toward a picture of a concave shoulder?

Sure looks concave to me. I have a suit with a kind of similar shoulder, I think.

    What happened to your face?

Looks concavish to me. Manton might be talking about something more extreme, though.

A horrible accident left an asymetrical black dot over my face.

Concave shoulders are pretty Savile Row, aren't they?

Yes, but as with most details, may have been borrowed by Naples also. There's a picture on AAAC with pagoda shoulders that claims to have no shoulder padding.

The one I have is John Kent.
