I'm sure there is, but the person the other guy was suggesting is a known scammer on these boards, so he was being a dick. I don't know anybody in SK, sorry I can't be of more help.

Depending on what brands/items you're looking for, we've recently launched an online shop that carries some notable Korean designers (Eastlogue, Document). It's less streetwear/denim, however.

It'd be interesting to get a sense for what you guys are trying to get proxied!
