Is There An Internet Diet Tracker That Will Let Me Plan Ahead?

I typically use The Daily Plate but I don't think it let's me plan ahead. In other words, I'd like to be able to figure out what I'm going to eat for the week and make the plan in advance. Then, stick to that plan.

Does the Daily Plate do it if I pay for it or are there any sites that do what I'm talking about?

Are there any websites that keep track of calories burned for specific exercises? Like say I did a P90X routine or Insanity routine or hell, a Bob Harper or Jillian Michaels video (more likely than the former)... Do any track this?

There's no way to do it accurately, it'll vary for each person. It's a bad way of tracking progress or the effect your training is having on you. Reduce your daily intake instead, that's an objective, trackable measure.

You can't accurately track calories burned in any exercise in some sort of app because all of it depends on how hard you work. You'd need a heart rate monitor at the very least.

I've heard good things about the Bodybugg device but I am not sure if this is just anecdotal or if there is solid scientific evidence for accuracy.

Thanks for the replies.

I just found out that The Daily Plate lets me do what I originally asked about.

hi guys,,,
Perfect diet tracker is the one that i used.I find it quite suitable to keep a check over my diet.It tells me the protein count,Fats and other nutrients. In addition to this it automatically generates a number of charts relating to different diets that suits you.

The Livestrong.com Daily Plate website tracks your daily intake of sugars as well, which is helpful to keep insulin response to a minimum - even if you're non-diabetic.
