Is there a specific name?

So ive been seeing men with these fur shoulder accouterments at times but have never been sure if there was a specific term for the garment. Anyone familiar with this?

Fur is manly. Do not let anyone convince you otherwise. Also I'm actually curious as to wear you are from, anotha23. One thing for sure though, is I won't see many if at all any person wearing that here - a place where lot's of men are afraid to wear a scarf in winter for risk of losing their masculinity.

Im actually a college student here in Texas. Your right allot of people here, especially in Texas, aren't willing to wear such a thing. But that doesn't bother me much. As ive gotten older, ive learned people often let others perceptions affect not just the way they act but also how they dress. I'm not willing to let myself be one of those people. I happen to like the look.
