Most dress shirts are made with a collar backing like this:

For some black shirts especially, this can end up leaving a crease in the front of the collar after laundering like this:

I have an Isaia shirt which is made with a flush collar backing which avoids this crease:

Do you know if there are any particular names for these 2 different collar construction styles? Isaia is a Neopolitan shirt maker of course. Would the style of collar backing in the pic above be known as "Neopolitan collar construction?" Ie, is this type of collar construction commonly used by other Neopolitan shirt makers?
